How can I place an order?

To place an order, navigate to the Place an Order page. Follow the prompts to provide your shipping and payment information, and your order will be processed.

How long does shipping take?

To Shipping times vary depending on the product. First Class shipping takes 2 days from the date of purchase. Standard shipping takes 7-14 days from the date of purchase.

Can I track my order?

Once your order is submitted, you will receive an email to confirm your order was successfully placed. You will receive a second email update after your order has been shipped.

What file formats are accepted for mailing lists?

We accept CSV files with columns for Name, Address, City, State, and ZIP code. Excel files can be converted to CSV format.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment processing system.

How do I cancel an order?

To cancel an order, fill out the order cancellation form on the Cancel Order page. Provide the design name used for your order. The cancellation request must be made prior to 10:00 PM CST on the same day your order was placed.
